What is Sound Healing?

Sound Healing allows the frequency of different instruments to wash over your body and move through it to soothe the soul and heal the emotional and physical body.

 

Lisa uses 7 different 432 Hz crystal singing bowls that correspond to each of the main 7 chakras in the body. When the bowls are played together, they help to balance and realign the chakras, so that energy can move easily through the body, allowing it to heal. She also utilizes a 528 Hz crystal singing bowl that has been scientifically proven to help the body repair cells and DNA. It's known as the miracle frequency.

In addition to the singing bowls, she has several additional instruments that add to the overall sound bath, including a crystal pyramid, crystal merkabah, tongue drum, ocean drum, tingsha bells, and more.

Sound Healing sessions can be done one-on-one, as a couple, or with a group. Sessions are held in Lisa's space in Waikoloa. If you prefer for her to come to you, additional costs will be required.
